Simplicity and empathy is at core of how we work. We aim to treat you how we would like to be treated and the quality of our work we provide would be the same as though it was for our own family member.
Our invoice will be sent via email. It will include the description of what will be provided to you. Also where and when it will be delivered to and collected from.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
We use an external sevice called Stripe to process payments. We do not store or have access to your card details.
Due to the short time frame, your order will be made straight away, therefore we can not make changes after payment is received.
Cancellations with a full refund can be made on any tribute ordered from the Tributes for Hire page. However if you have ordered a bespoke tribute we unfortunately can not offer a refund due to us having to order in specific stock.
We will deliver your tributes in pristine condition but once delivery has been made we can not take any responsibility for the tributes.
Unlike hiring other items, we do not charge any fee if a tribute gets damaged.
We reserve the right to take photos of the tributes to use on our website, social media or other printed promotional material. Out of respect will never take pictures of the tributes inside the hearse. If you do not want the photos to be used please let us know in writing (email, messenger etc.) at the time of booking.
We would really appreciate an honest review so that we can improve our service. If you leave us a review we would love to copy it onto our website or social media. If you do not want us to do this, please let us know in writing (email, messenger etc.) at the time. We will of course not display your full name.
